The ideal candidate is deadline driven, meticulous about details, and will assist our Account Managers in delighting our clients by coordinating timely delivery of digital marketing work for our clients. Our Account Coordinators enjoy:

  • Ownership of project coordination & trafficking: We call our Account Coordinators the backbone of our team. Coordinators work with Account Managers (client liaisons) to recognize client needs and then execute internal projects and timelines to meet those needs. Day-to-day, our Account Coordinators gather client details and assets, create tasks for production/fulfillment teams, analyze campaign data, prepare reports, develop project timelines, and traffic work.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Account Coordinators communicate constantly with our Account Managers (and sometimes clients), Production, Content, Development, SEO, Online Advertising and Quality Assurance teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Wide range of client projects: Our clients range from SMBs to major organizations and institutions, and their budgets vary commensurately. Project scope for account coordinators will vary from small to large depending on the assigned client accounts they support. Account Coordinators are involved in client campaigns involving SEO, social media, paid digital advertising, web development, content marketing, and more. 
 

To Snag This Job You Must:

  • Have 2 years of work experience (or equivalent) providing administrative services, project coordination, client/customer service, or similar duties
  • Be obsessive about organization, timely delivery, and detail orientation
  • Articulate instructions and important considerations clearly when delegating work, especially in writing
  • Break large projects down into actionable steps
  • Hold yourself accountable
  • Adapt quickly and easily to process changes
  • Prioritize and manage your time independently
  • Proficiently handle day-to-day tasks on Mac (including Google Docs & Microsoft Office)
 

Bonus Points If You:

  • Hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, applied science, computer applications, communication, marketing, business or other related discipline or a commensurate level of experience
  • Comprehend digital marketing, foundational concepts and advertising platforms
  • Have experience in successful project management or coordination OR hold a PMP (or similar) certification
  • Self-reflect when things go wrong
  • Have experience with tracking time, managing billable time and media budgets
  • Are a little bit weird. You’ll fit right in
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management / task management systems (ClickUp, SalesForce, Hubspot CRM)
